The pen was defective when I received it. Could not figure out the reason despite troubleshooting. Figured it was on its last life since it is refurbished. The seller was generous and offered me a partial refund without me having to send back the pen. I wouldn t recommend buying technology from someone who doesn t offer returns, because this situation can happen and can complicate things. Used tech can be unpredictable--it happens. Overall, I am satisfied with the way the situation was handled.
