There is a small spot where the clear coat is peeling but I’m not too worried about it but the inside lip of the wheel was rough, I assume where they have taken off the tire and the inside lip isn’t painted and the overall wheel isn’t 100% reconditioned. The wheel did balance fine. Based off condition I’ll rate this wheel 6/10. It is better than having a bent rim.

I accidentally ordered powder coated and wanted to exchange. They were very accommodating and customer service responded quickly and professionally to emails about my concerns. The return process had some hiccups due to eBay return policies, but the seller went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. I accidently had the wrong shipping address, and was able to contact them, and they were able to fix it without issues.
