    STAY AWAY: Seller states their location is Germany, but they marked Tariff paperwork as Poland and China as Origin (tariffs the price of tool and shipping... $65, which I paid). Packaging was poor and missing parts. I contacted the seller, they shipped missing parts... BUT, they marked FedEx package as new tool shipment and ANOTHER $70 in tariffs... I paid the first, but disputing the second invoice (for missing parts). The tool is of MARGINAL quality, worked... but not precision made. Bad deal!
