The only plastic parts are the ends of the shelves. The instructions are quite “literal” so you’ll have to check the pictures to make sure you’re doing it right when putting it together. It’s actually a very nice tidy unit. You can adjust the width of the shelves which is handy and the fact that you can put up to 13kg per shelf is a great idea.
