- *****- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseThe instrument was delivered rapidly, and was well packed, however it had a number of quality issues, and I am disappointed. The workmanship on the key bed is very very poor. There is a great deal of work required to make this a playable, reliable instrument, including multiple sticky keys, and a tremolo stop that is poorly assembled. There are multiple hammer marks and scratches on the exterior surfaces which ruins the outward appearance, although this does not affect the sound. Very poor.

Very impressed with the kind of packing and shipping process.. however as this instrument is being shipped from India, it took couple of weeks for delivery. The support is excellent! Mr. Gandharv Bhatiya provided prompt support and was very helpful. I am very happy with it but buyers should be aware that importation into New Zealand will incur a Government Ministry for Primary Industries (woodwork) inspection fee of (minimum) NZD$120.00 and Shipper holding / MPI processing fee of NZD$34.50 GST inclusive.
