What arrived was a shabby mess that in no way represented the A-grade that was promised. I complained to Technology Locker, and to their credit they offered me a partial refund that covered most of the item costs but not the shipping fees. The end result is that I have the cost of the PC refunded and a ready supply of spare components. This was a bad purchase but I can report that Technology Locker responded honourably, and that is rare.

However, it did arrive with out the rails, but the seller responded to my enquiry quickly and has since posted the rails. It was packed quite well. This would be the third item I have purchased from this seller and they have been pretty good with every so far.
