    I was really excited about this item QSC SUBWOOFER . The seller shipped it out and unfortunately the Item was packaged with No care. It was a very delicate and fragile item, and it was Not cushioned inside the box. There was No styrofoam or any type cushion at all. NO FRAGILE TAGS at all. Only a cardboard box. It arrived from UPS damaged and crack wood in the back. One of the wheels was bent so crooked. I messaged the seller and not even an apology. Nothing! Not very good customer service!!
