I paid the customs to UPS the moment I saw the message from them and the package arrived smoothly and with no issues! Super secure packaging as well! One caveat: they shipped using UPS when the listing said FedEx. This was better for me as I prefer UPS, but it may be good to be upfront about this.

It would also have been helpful if the listing had mentioned the 20% import VAT, although I appreciate that’s ultimately my responsibility to check.
