Unfortunately, there were two controls on the mixer that were broken, which need to be repaired in order to use the mixer. I contacted the seller as soon as I found the issues, and was ready for an unpleasant experience to rectify the problem. However, they sent a heartfelt apology, and a complete refund to my account. They also said there was no need to return the unit, so I didn't have to pay for shipping it back to them! A class act indeed!!!
