I ordered a Ender 3 V2 but they were out of stock so they gave me the choice to wait on V2 stock or upgrade to a V2 Neo for free so it could be shipped out quickly. I took the upgrade. The printer came well packed in it's factory box with all of the accessories and documentation it would've from the factory. Printer looked new except for a couple cosmetic imperfections and the print surface plate had a blemish. When I read the description it stated open box as new and so I expected a product with some previous handling and perhaps missing some accessories. When it arrived however the box had the Creality sticker seal was intact and upon opening it was a brand new unit! Everything was present. I did a quick test and it works amazingly! Great value and £300 cheaper than new off Amazon!! Really happy and pleased.
