    Item was well packed but the outer shipping box was crushed during shipping. The car itself was in perfect condition although the box was torn at both ends. Since it was described as new I contacted the seller to see if I could get a discount but they said I should return it to Ebay. Not worth the hassle to return it because the car was undamaged. I was disappointed with response I received from Tainz. I have purchased many items from them and found their customer service dept. better before

    Lionel 042 switch and Trainz

    This Lionel switch is no longer available from Lionel. Folks have written of issues with them but I have had these for years and have not had any problems. They work as specified with the tubular 027 042 curve track. Finding the 042 curve track may be difficult but the 027 curve track can be cut to make this switch line up perfectly. The price of this item was fair and Trainz has always been a top provider of quality products.

    Lionel 6-65168 Right Hand Switch Track looked like it was brand new.

    The switch track looked like it was brand new from the picture, and it turned out to be as such. I tested it electronically and it worked just fine. Good sale for me.

    LH 072 switch did not meet expectations

    Turnout will not function and is actual an 072 turnout. Had a screw loose meant to hold power wire to center rail which I fixed but switch still would not operate. plan to use manually or for parts.
