    Milk Thistle- Definitely worth it

    Great product, have been using this brand for a while, I usually put it in a smoothie and blend it, half one day the other half the next so I am taking 500mg a day. Been taking milk thistle for years, regularly get LFTs done, and my liver is functioning at the level of someone much younger than me. Combined with a good diet, and staying hydrated, milk thistle has definitely helped correct damage done in my youth.
