    Works as designed made in North America👍

    Works good very quiet with tip installed. Was missing set screw though. Also takes a few hours of ride time to burn off the paint smell. The pipe will smoke some during break in. If installing on 85-87 250 es will want to sand the male end of header pipe for ease of installation also rear tire will need to be removed for installation.

    Fit my 1985 big red like a glove

    Slipped onto the header pipe perfectly and snug, and the tab on the muffler lined up good with the hole on the frame. Had to put forward pressure on the muffler while starting the bolt but that just helped to hold the muffler even tighter against the header pipe once tightened down. Sounds good. Not super loud.

    Not a well built muffler

    Is it quiet? Yes it is except for the leak at the coupler. The big problem lies in the "no gasket required" coupler. It fits very loosely and leaks there. I would not recommend a muffler like this.
