There was an issue with the initial shipment (no tracking update) but the seller followed up with the carrier and resolved the issue. The monitor arrived soon after. Thank you to the seller for quickly responding and resolving the issue. There is an issue with the horizontal hold but otherwise the monitor is working very well. Very happy with the purchase and seller. Thank you!

Seller replied explaining that they run into issues sometimes with an unexplained third party and didnt get the item out til the next day. About a 2 week wait and the box that it arrived in was heavily damaged with fraily tape and no packing materials but miraculously the item was safe and although described as "for parts" it worked so I can't be too mad.Reply from: re-nice- Feedback replied by seller re-nice.- Feedback replied by seller re-nice.I explained to this buyer that i had dropped his item off and that the place i dropped it off at had been having some issues lately getting it scanned in and off to the shipping service.
