    Refurbished

    I bought one that was refurbished and I love it. Lays flat to get under beds etc. Has a feature that let's you know when floors are dirty or clean while in use. Super easy to empty and clean.

    Panasonic Junk

    The vacuum has good suction power but that's it. The belt slips, so the brush/roller won't spin on the carpet. I tried a smaller belt, which got it to spin as long as there's no downward pressure. The swivel option actually makes the vacuum harder to turn where you want. The motor and housing get extremely hot. Shoot, the dang thing won't even make a good boat anchor.

    Defective by cost-cutting design

    The belt slips, so the brush does not rotate on carpet, there is no traction on the motor shaft that supposed to rotate it.
