This seller was able to go back and honor the original sale and communicated clearly that it was just imperfect timing that led to the issue we ran into. I still had the package and was putting it in the mail early in the morning as I was leaving on vacation. I didn't have time to get to the PO to figure out the issue so I cancelled the order and issued a full refund - A $200 order isn't safe in PO land w/o a valid tracking #. I explained all of this to the buyer before I issued the refund.
