Don't deviate from the norm with this seller - they are wholly and completely inflexible with terrible, awful customer service if you need help. Here, however, very smooth.

Was advised that it was within the acceptable 9.2 range described. (aka: no help). Contacted eBay and they supported the return process which was followed-through. Slightly disappointing transaction this time, but I am a repeat customer and would still consider dealing this this Seller again, despite this experience.
