    Battery shipped illegally in bubble mailer, a major safety violation. Seller accused me of fraud and refused refund. Avoid this seller

    The item was shipped legally, accepted by USPS, and securely packaged in a safe container with additional bubble wrap. The buyer, unfamiliar with how to use eBay, admitted to using ChatGPT for guidance and mistakenly claimed the item was "not as described." They then demanded a $20 refund while asking to keep the item and threatened negative feedback. Due to these actions, we raised a fraud concern. We follow all safety and shipping regulations and are committed to fair and honest transactions.
