    Doctor Who's greatest era

    Having seen series 11 and been delighted by it, the opening titles, the latest Doctor, the companions, the stories, I hoped that series 12 would continue where series 11 left off. It did better than that and the only difference was that series 12 had two multi-part stories, whereas series 11 was all stand alone stories. It kicks off with the epic 'Spyfall' two part story, which is brilliant and has everything. It is thrilling, suspenseful, with surprises and much time travel to various locations, not to mention and old enemy of the Doctor's returning. It gets the series off to a terrific start and the stories that follow are equally gripping and keep the bar high. I would name a favourite episode, but I can't, because, I'm glad to say, I really like them all. One episode, 'Nikola ...

    I love the Doctor.

    I love the new doctor. She is an excellent choice to be the first female doctor. But the writing is Woke nonsense. The doctor, especially this doctor, deserves far better. Jodie Whittaker is stunningly beautiful. She deserves better writing.
