The packaging was fantastic, you could have thrown the parcel off a cliff. Communication was great throughout including recommendations about how to get the most out of the machine. The machine has been refurbished to a very high standard with upgrades that ensure it functions probably better than it did when it left the factory. Communication has been excellent and when I had to be away from home Jill arranged for the machine to be hand delivered to me.
