This portable unit features a built-in power amplifier that infuses your music with high-octane audio and enhances your sound experience. The JBL Jembe Bluetooth wireless computer speakers feature JBL’s patented Slipstream port, allowing for an accurate bass response no matter what level the volume is set at. This unit’s small size, easy-to-access volume control, and stylish all-black finish allow it to fit into any home or office environment. The portable JBL Jembe Bluetooth wireless computer speakers work well with laptops, desktops, tablets, and any other compatible MP3 device. These speakers are shaped like little hand drums, but don’t be fooled by their small size; they pack quite a punch. The JBL Jembe Bluetooth wireless computer speakers display a superb frequency response with low-end response sound quality that is well above average for this type of product. The mid-range and highs have a crystal-clear sound, leaving the overall sound well rounded and full without any sign of hollowness. This system’s Bluetooth support makes it very convenient for portable devices and gives you the freedom to move around. Devices without Bluetooth can be connected via the speaker’s 3.5-millimeter port. The top of the JBL Jembe Bluetooth wireless computer speakers feature a spin wheel for volume control, and the unit comes with a two-piece power adapter. To control volume, you just push down and rotate the disc until the desired level is reached. These speakers are solidly built and feature a shiny black plastic body, while the aluminum grille outside each speaker distributes sound in two directions. The JBL Jembe wireless speakers feature a small blue light underneath the JBL logo that lets you know when the power is switched on. The cables that connect the two speakers, as well as from the audio output, are clad in thick plastic, preventing the crackling and interference that can happen with some portable speakers. This unit has no separate controller; instead, one of the speakers has attachments for connecting with the other speaker, as well as the audio and AC power adapter, via a 3.5-millimeter jack. This speaker system works with Macs, PCs, and smartphones. The JBL Jembe wireless speakers feature a signal-to-noise ratio of 80dB and have a frequency response of 80Hz-20,000Hz. Each of the JBL Jembe wireless speakers measures 4-3/16 inches by 5-1/4 inches by 4-3/4 inches, and the unit has a range of 30 feet, with two 6-watt amplifiers built into the right speaker.
