    Seller notified me he did not have the item that he listed' after i paid for item, Seller then contacted me offering a discount refund if i would except a different smaller size stencil kit in place of the one he had listed. After i agreed to the refund discount Seller offered, Seller' never sent the refund, then blew me off for several weeks after sending several messages with no reply, finally he replied saying' it cost him the same price'. never sent me a refund. Not an honest seller.
