    Be careful buying QuickBooks products on EBAY

    I have used earlier versions of this program for 20 years. I am used to its quirks. I feel lucky to get a copy of the 2014 edition. I had trouble installing it, because (although it was new in the box and unopened) technically it is no longer supported by Quicken. A different company is providing support for 2020 and earlier editions. After some dificulty, i was able to reach this company. It provided me a key i needed to install the programs. Buying a version of this that is no longer supported by Quicken is very risky. I make no representations about 2021 and later versions of QuickBooks. Quicken has moved to an online rental model. i will not be "upgrading" to these products.

    great features and value

    had used a previous version and saved a backup of my data in that version. this installed without a problem and even ran the latest update as soon as it was opened. when reloading the backup, it updated all files to the new version. everything about it was "five star"

    TRICK BY INTUIT

    Been around a long time, perfect for my needs - home use - had in one computer and didn't want a newer incompatible version. Nice trick by Intuit (but a blow below the belt) to promote sales by making newer models incompatible with older ones.
