    Would definitely recommend to try for at least 1 month.

    I did my research before purchasing these, I was told by a friend how she had been taking these and how much better she had felt. The content of these are all very high quality, which is most important, they are easy to swallow and no after taste. I've been taking them for 2 months and at present feel much more awake and alert during the day, my anxiety also seems to have improved. They are definitely worth a try and you can purchase at an affordable price.

    When selling this type of thing, there needs to be much thought about how much the human body can cope with. I knew that magnesium was quite laxative but putting it together with the others, has put it past that. This needs to be taken at a lower dose, I did trust it would be of a dose that was manageable for most and this is not. Disappointed.

    Been on this product for several months. Still struggle getting to sleep but it definitely makes me more relaxed, and once asleep get 7-8 hours solid. Always take 1hour before bed.
