I tried resetting it, multiple troubleshooting steps and calling the manufacturer, but they couldn't help without a receipt. The vendor said they can't offer any resolution after 30 days. I understand the policy, but having complete failure shortly after 30 days isn't acceptable and I would have hoped the seller would have been willing to do something. BUYERS BE AWARE!
