They were resistant to this and tried to push me to sell the item myself to recoup my losses. When I pointed out how it wasn't fit for purpose (too shallow/small) they agreed to refund me on the condition that I give them a positive review first. I refused and said I would only give positive feedback once the refund was processed. I am a man of my word.
