These were advertised as "tested and working'' but had issues that rendered them useless and I had to return them. DR Recycling quickly replied to my questions, re-tested their unit, assured me that all features were actually working, the unit did not have defects, and kindly offered to set it aside for me. The item was indeed fully functional and as advertised. Thank you!
