    Items arrived damaged. Seller is slow to reply. Said he didn't have any more of them i asked for help in either getting different items or a refund and ship back of some sort but no reply. The pictures looked like they were in great condition but the packaging for shipping them looked like they had been shoved in a box with a little bubble wrap. The cases are all bent and the side covers are extremely hard to get on/off. One of the towers also had some sort of greasy substance on it.

    Excellent Product

    I have three of the Dymo LabelWriter's in use at all times. I have never had one problem with any of them. I hope I didn't just jinx myself. Fantastic product. They need to bring back the 450 twin turbo.

    Beware

    Demo needs some serious overhaul of its software and user instructions. I have been in tech support myself for many years, but making a Demo Label printer work out of the box, if ever, is nigh impossible.
