They are brand new and an awesome price. The size is perfect and the stand on the back works great. They look nice too. The only issue I have is that a photo is shown with a stylus and keyboard. It's a little deceptive so read the description because the photo is not what you get. Also, the film that is on the screen also shows that the stylus and keyboard should be with it. Still a great deal.
