Everett's Subby is still to die for. Influence of pulp fiction on early comics is particularly evident on the covers. Another fine introduction by Roy Thomas. How I wish Marvel would make more! Everett and Burgos are still helming their signature features. The Torch fights recurring villain The Parrot. Jarna, Queen of Venus, crosses Subby's path again. She can breathe underwater and resembles Dorma but without the huge dark eyes. Also, Angel (spooky!), Vision, Ka-Zar & Patriot.
