Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate is the follow-up to Monster Hunter Generations, and marks the Monster Hunter series' debut on Nintendo Switch as an exclusive. Hunters can face off against the largest roster of unique monsters in any Monster Hunter game to date. Players take on the role of a brave hunter challenging larger than life beasts that yield valuable resources used for crafting unique weapons and equipment. Accept hundreds of quests solo or with friends in this nostalgic look back at the series' beginnings and evolutions. Along the hunter's journey, players must defend each of the game's four villages from major threats known as the Fated Four, plus an even more dangerous new Elder Dragon. This game features a blend of classic gameplay and unique new twists, brand new explorable areas and monsters, plus returning fan-favorites like the lightning fast Zinogre and the stealthy long-tailed Nargacuga.

    Ready for some big monster smackdowns!?

    Look, I'm gonna get straight to the point. Big monsters? Check Big weapons? Check Hunting? Check Gourmet food dishes? Check Did I mention big monsters? Well, there's a bunch of those in this game. As a fair bit of warning, this is not an easy game. I've played Tri and World before, and going back to the original MH style took some time getting used to. If you want a game to spend hundreds of hours on whether you want to explore, gather, or hunt huge monsters, this is the game for you. You can think of this as a boss fight simulator, and when you do get really good at hunting certain monsters, you look so cool and feel really good doing it. That being said: not for the faint of heart.

    Nostalgia

    It bring back memories of when I used to play on the 3ds with my friends. This game is one of the greatest there is in monter hunter. I recomended to play it with caution because if you are comming from world there are allot of things missing that world has, but enjoy the game with friends it's the best way

    I’m shocked

    I’m pretty impressed. For around only $30 I get all of this content. I came from playing Monster Hunter World and wanted to try out an older one since I hardly gave Generations for the 3DS hardly a chance. I’d recommend this game.

    Fun, challenging and very charming

    Introduced by friends, I had already played a bit when the PSP came out, I decided to pick it up once again because of nostalgia. I was bad at it but i decided to give it another chance. I am currently playing this product with friends as i write this. I got my siblings to buy and play with me cause they were curious, as well as some friends. This game is very fun and challenging, as well as rewarding and has a lot of replaying value. Do not feel bad if you're having a rough start, it is challenging but randoms online can help you as well as just taking it slow.
