    Title stated that the phone was unlocked. Upon receiving phone, it was indeed locked. Seller refused refund and return and was very rude within the short communication which she then stopped responding. She did however ship out very fast but none the less, I feel scammed. You dont "accidentally" put unlocked in a title unless you're trying to mislead the customer. I am now stuck with a phone that is useless as tmobile said there is nothing that can be done
