Description said if you buy multiple sticks that seller would consolidate shipping costs (rather than ~$6 fee for each), so I messaged them and they gave me the exact shipping quote ahead of time! Great cost too. Buyer was quick to respond, and was helpful with clear communication. Packaging could have been better (came in an envelope rather than box), but items work well! The laptop came cracked during shipping but the seller was quick and understanding and helped me get a refund. My only complaint is that they should use better packaging because just wrapping it in bubble wrap in one direction is not sufficient. I'm sure it works out for them more times than not but just my two cents.
