    NO STAYING POWER :-(

    water-based = so if you're wearing this on a rainy day or you're crying, the white application on your skin will run and streak down your face!!!!! smells nice, looks pretty, but this has absolutely NO staying power. *how do i know?: i rubbed a dab on the front of my hand and lightly ran it under water to see how it performs in humidity...and there was NO coverage on my skin. pretty disappointed from a company that makes excellent skincare which i will continue to use, except this. there are other tone-up white creams that perform BETTER than this.
