    Some parts were left out of the packaging, leaving me unable to fit it to my motorcycle. They tried to help looking for the lost parts and offering a partial refund. Unfortunately I couldn’t fit it. I didn’t take them up on their partial refund. A replacement would had been good. They were polite every time they messaged me. I decided to purchase another one off another supplier. I will keep their incomplete one for spare parts.

    Unfortunately I never got to see my order as I was forced to cancel my order as the shade sails I ordered had manufacturer faults and when I enquired if I could have one of the ones still adervertised with no response except computer generated message please cancel your order obviously there's no fault but are unwilling to discuss or try anything to rectify this issue this is pathetic customer service dishonest and have no hesitation to message nothing more than disrespectful misleading lies
