    My testing and first impressions with the 1/2 HP Dayton motor

    I haven't installed it yet however I did wired it and checked it out. Changing directions was easy to do. the motor starts good and runs quiet. I ran a 15 minute run and it just got a little warm. I really do not see having any problems with it.

    Needs better tape on the box.

    Nice and quiet running vs my last blower motor. The box opened completely up in shipping but the motor wasn't damaged. Some better tape on the box would be a good idea.
