Was rather confused as buyer sent ebay policies saying I should have sent it tracked, though this listing clearly stated 2nd Class Royal Mail (which doesn't have tracking) & ebay allowed me to use this service.For other buyers, if you would like a tracked service, please do get in contact & I will adjust the listing for the service you would like. However, this item was described as 'new' in the listing but the packet was a bit worse for wear when it arrived and the packet had clearly been opened although the contents were untouched (see photos attached). You really have to be careful how you describe something when selling. When someone thinks they're buying something new, they expect it to look new.
