I contacted UPS and they said it was a scam. My package arrived as expected and is exactly what I want.

It came securely backed by a piece of sturdy cardboard, enclosed in a Binder Plastic Page and into a plastic mailer. The price was Priceless considering the knowledge gained. The shipping was so reasonable. This is a greater eBayer!
