Nice thermostat with easy to use menu
Nice clear screen, easy connection, pretty intuitive menu and lots of features. I don't really use for the scheduling. I use more for the Nexia interface and it works really well as a Nexia hub -- be aware Nexia's free service is pretty limited so if you want the full Nexia hub abilities then you have to pay the $10/mo. subscription fee. I use it for a rental condo so the fee is worth the smart hub abilities. As a base thermostat I'm able to lock guests out of the menu functions and also limit how far others can adjust the temperature -- a must for Air bnb applicationVerified purchase: YesCondition: Pre-owned

Good thermostat for the price
I have two trane systems and got these thermostats for both. It will work with many systems though, doesn't have to be a trane. The internet access via Nexia is pretty good, and is free. Great for Remotely controlling your system
Great value at under $150. These units cost $350-$450 when bought from a HVAC dealer. Although the sorting out of the correct wiring can be challenging with up to eight wires to connect, it's worth the savings.
