I checked with the seller who messaged back that it is brand new and the writing was just a warehouse error. Anyway it was a lie by the seller and it had previously opened and not even packed away properly. A lot of items just chucked in. Returned it which is a real pain with a large 26kg box. In regards to return I don't understand how it wqs a problem from him as we arranged a prompt pickup . And he failed to mention our prompt delivery .
