2014 release, the sophomore album from the Alt-Rock quartet. TALKING IS HARD includes their electrifying single 'Shut Up And Dance'. The band has toured with a variety of acts including P!nk, Panic! At The Disco, Neon Trees, Fun., Young the Giant, Kaiser Chiefs, Fitz & The Tantrums and Grouplove. Walk the Moon formed in Ohio in 2008 and includes lead singer, songwriter and keyboard player Nicholas Petricca, Kevin Ray (bass, vocals), Eli Maiman (guitar, vocals) and Sean Waugaman (drums, vocals).

    Fellow Parents... If your young teen is into Walk The Moon

    You could be doing WAY worse. It's a clean-cut, yet hip sound and as near as I can tell they borrow influence from quality acts like The Talking Heads and The Beatles, though definitely have their own sound. The lyrics aren't sexual or ill-themed and the message seems generally positive. And at the same time, you'll not be exposing the kids to a talentless 'boy band'. If you're a little on the fence, about this band, don't be. Definitely won't be a bad influence or artistic black hole.
