      Pen arrived today. The packaging was very protective. The pen works perfectly and I am very happy with it. My only feedback is that you need to find a different shipping company to work with. The one used is slow and not transparent. Status takes a long time to update. I would suggest offering your customers the option of spending more on a DHL or Fedex level of service.
