  • Demented and Devouring Historical Hysteria

Grady Hendrix was a recent find on Books of Horror, a FB group I frequent. I was reluctant to purchase this used copy at $12, but it was well worth the money. Every page is brilliantly illustrated with hilarious horror paperback covers and amusing commentary. I'm only half way through (trying to savor every word), but I can confidently say that anyone with a sense of humor and an appreciation of this era of horror publications will be delighted with this entertaining and insightful tome.

Hilarious and brilliant. The only downside is all the money I am going to spend searching out and purchasing all of these out of print books.
