Everydrop by Whirlpool tends to put a big "6" on their packaging to indicate "change your filter every 6 months". The first two suppliers saw this as "filter 6".     So the post office lost my package, but that's not what I'm reviewing. I'm leaving a review because the vendor was absolutely wonderful. They got back to me right away when I messaged them and drove to the post office to ask in person what went wrong. When the post office was unable to give any definitive information, the vendor voluntarily gave me a full refund. The vendor was also very kind in the messages that they sent. I recommend this vendor and hope to do business with them again.
