Possibly the best pencils on the market
I have used these pencils for over 20 years and cannot recommend highly enough. This is the only pencil I know of that constantly does NOT break when you sharpen as the lead is actually glued within the wood. The quality of the lead is exceptionally high and allows for subtle variation between applications. It also does not wear down as quick as some other brands. Used on a smooth, hard surface paper will produce wonderful results. Even if you only purchase one pencil before buying this well priced set it must be worth a try. If you like to draw with a long length to your lead these pencils will allow you to sharpen to a wonderful long point either with a blade or a long point or KUM masterpiece sharpener.Verified purchase: YesCondition: New
