    National Geographic's "Einstein"

    National Geographic's "Einstein" is, in my opinion, one of the best projects Ron Howard has ever produced and directed. Engaging characters, detailed era-appropriate props, it is just spell-binding. I had to wait a year to find this DVD after Nat. Geog. ran it for a very short time on TV. Well worth the wait.

    First of a series Genius (Einstein)

    Compelling 10-part episode of one of the greatest mind. It dealt with a “young/old” Albert Einstein. An interesting approach of portraying a story on the small screen, which the producer/director followed again into the next National Geographic Genius franchise installment (Picasso). Would have preferred a less “hollywood” style, and should have stuck to high brow approach to Einstein’s life story. There was no need to spice it up with sex and violence.
