    Item was not as described (open box with just a removable plastic protective case) - watch band was missing. Long conversation with seller didn't help. Now I've to pay extra $30 (aprox.) to buy a watch band as watch is not wearable

    Again, I shipped the item as described. The package was never opened and we did have a discussion on this. The image that the buyer sent me of the open watch package had a serial number that did not match the serial number of the watch that was mailed out. When the packaged watch left my possession everything was sealed and never opened. No other customer has ever complained about purchasing products from me.
