    Fast shipping but as with most NOS items with out a picture of the contents inside the box it is rather deceiving as I received a used GE bulb in a Sylvania box but was issued a refund by Ebay after filing a return request . Im sure the seller didnt have knowledge of this prior to shipping as its hard to check everything with such a large inventory so Ill just leave it at that . Just beware when purchasing NOS without a picture of contents and it is good I was able to return it for refund
