I ordered a computer with a DVD/RW unit and I received a totally different computer than I ordered and the DVD/RW writer did not work. I relayed this to them and they said that the DVD/RW unit was installed and the computer I did get was some kind of upgrade I didn't order. So I had to initiate a return through ebay even though the seller told me they wouldn't refund my money.
