    Simple, attractive, fast & reliable.

    This 6700 classic was purchased as an upgrade from my 6500 classic. It has a MUCH better camera, with autofocus, allowing me to take clear pictures of objects very close-up or regular distances. The close-up's distance is about 6 inches from target, which enables me to capture legible writing/text - something the 6500's camera wouldn't do. The screen is fractionally larger than the 6500's, as are the buttons. The menu's/functions/behaviour are the same as the 6500's with the exception of: 1. Storage can be either phone or micro SD card 2. The menu icons are no longer animated (although some 3rd party 'Themes' resurrect this feature) 3. The mini icons at the top of the main screen no longer have color eg. the message icon is plain white, not yellow 4. The only way to adjust the volume of ...

    No signal issue

    Have had this model 3 times but in silver. I could only get a gold version this time. I struggle to get a signal most of the time in certain ares , areas that I had no problem with my silver 6700 classic. I have the same provider so that is not the issue. I recall somewhat to late a friend brought this gold model when it was first launched and had the very same problem. If you are not purchasing a smart phone this is a good choice in silver , good camera , easy to use .

    good vintage nokia phone

    goo apart from that the d vintage phone there is a slight problem with the display there is a small line of pixels not lighting up but I can live with that the phone is brilliant and at a great price
